Returns Policy

We want you to feel completely confident trying GLARISE. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 60 days of receiving your order, based on the shipping confirmation date.

To begin your return, email help@glarise.com with your order number first. We cannot guarantee your return will be accepted without prior confirmation.

Important Details

  1. We refund the purchase price of the product only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. All remaining product, including original packaging and any unused strips, must be returned.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at help@glarise.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you, including shipping. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
