This Privacy Policy describes how Spotlight Media LLC d/b/a GLARISE ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit, browse, or make a purchase from https://www.glarise.com (the "Site"). It also describes your rights regarding your personal information and how you can contact us.

The Site is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to operate our store. As part of providing the storefront, checkout, payments, fraud prevention, analytics, and related services, Shopify collects and processes certain personal information from your visits to and purchases from the Site. When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may also securely use customer data, together with data from interactions with other merchants and with Shopify, to provide advanced features and other enhanced services to us and to other Shopify merchants.

Device Information

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including your web browser type, IP address, time zone, cookie data, the pages or products you view, the search terms or referring sites that brought you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site.

We collect this information using the following technologies:

• Cookies: Small data files placed on your device that often include a unique anonymous identifier. For more information about cookies and how to disable them, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
• Log Files: These track actions on the Site and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date and time stamps.
• Pixels, Web Beacons, and Tags: Electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site. We use tracking pixels and conversion APIs from Meta (Facebook), Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok, Microsoft (Bing/Clarity), Pinterest, and AppLovin (Axon) to measure advertising performance and optimize our marketing.
• Cart Tracking: Our Site uses cookies and plugins to keep track of items you place in your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via email or SMS.

Order Information

When you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, including credit card numbers processed by our payment provider, email address, and phone number.

SMS and Email Marketing Information

When you opt in to receive text messages or email marketing communications from us, we collect your phone number, email address, and consent status. We also collect the date, time, IP address, and source of your opt-in so we can maintain a record of your consent. When you send us text messages, we collect your messaging history and any information included in those messages. We may also collect location data derived from your phone number, such as area code, to comply with regional messaging regulations.

When we refer to "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean Device Information, Order Information, and SMS/Email Marketing Information collectively.

Order Information

We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, including processing payments, arranging shipping, and providing order confirmations and invoices. We also use Order Information to communicate with you about your order, screen orders for potential fraud, and, when consistent with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with marketing communications about our products or services.

Device Information

We use Device Information to screen for potential fraud, for example by evaluating your IP address, to improve and optimize the Site through analytics, to assess the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising campaigns, and to deliver targeted advertisements and retargeting campaigns across advertising platforms.

SMS and Email Marketing

We use your phone number and email address to send you marketing messages, including promotional offers, new product announcements, cart abandonment reminders, order updates, and other communications you have consented to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or clicking the unsubscribe link where available. You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

We share your Personal Information with the following categories of third-party service providers to help us operate the Site and deliver our services:

• Shopify: Powers our online store, supports checkout and payment processing, and provides related commerce, fraud prevention, analytics, and enhanced services. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
• Klaviyo: Provides our email and SMS marketing platform, including sending promotional messages, cart reminders, and order notifications on our behalf. Klaviyo acts as our service provider and data processor for these communications.
• Google (Analytics and Ads): Helps us understand how customers use the Site and delivers targeted advertising. Google Privacy Policy
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): We use Meta's pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance and deliver targeted advertising.
• TikTok: We use TikTok's pixel to measure ad performance and deliver targeted advertising on TikTok.
• Microsoft (Bing): We use Microsoft's UET tag to measure ad performance and deliver targeted advertising on Bing and the Microsoft Advertising network.
• Pinterest: We use Pinterest's tag to measure ad performance and deliver targeted advertising on Pinterest.
• AppLovin (Axon): We use AppLovin's Axon tracking to measure ad performance and deliver targeted advertising.
• Judge.me: Provides our product review functionality. Judge.me may collect your name, email, and review content when you submit a review.

Information submitted through the Site may be shared with Shopify and with service providers and business partners that help us operate our business. These recipients may be located in the United States, Canada, or other countries that may have different data protection rules than those where you live. These transfers may be necessary to provide services to you and to us, including services that incorporate data from your interactions with our store, with other merchants, and with Shopify.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information, or to otherwise protect our rights.

SMS Opt-In Data Sharing

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements and marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We work with the advertising platforms listed in Section 3 above to deliver these ads. When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may also process relevant data to support enhanced advertising and related services based on interactions with our store, with other merchants, and with Shopify.

Please note that we do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, grants you specific rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the business purpose for collecting or selling it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information or the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. When we share data with advertising platforms, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Pinterest, and AppLovin, for targeted advertising, this may constitute a sale or sharing under the CCPA/CPRA.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. SMS consent records, including opt-in date, source, and status, are retained for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information as promptly as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
